Re-Registration for New Students Academic Year Intake 2021/2022
Step 1: What to Remember Before You Re-Register
You will receive a notification confirming your scheduled appointment.
Prepare all required documents for re-registration Please submit the following documents
Payment Receipt (for who has been transferred but not submitted yet)
2 (two) copies of Identity Card (KTP/Passport)
1 (one) copy of Birth Certificate
1 (one) legalized copy of Ijazah or SKL SMA/SMK/MA (legalized)
1 (one) legalized copy of X grade report book
1 (one) legalized copy of XI grade report book
1 (one) legalized copy of XII grade report book
2 (two) pieces photo (blue background), 3 X 4 Colour for the Biodata Sheet
Certification of physical health examination issued by hospital/clinic
Complete the profile form (B1)
Complete the profile form (B2) and sign the contract of study (B2) with duty stamp (Rp 10.000)
Approval letter from school principal (only for grade X & XI)
1 (one) copy of KITAS (for International Student)
Statement Letter of Full Scholarship (for who has been accepted)
Step 2: Meet Our Admissions Team
Please follow all health protocols
-> Handover all required documents to our admissions officers. -> Get fitted for i3L Student Blazer. -> Get your photo taken for your Student ID Card
